My approach is focused on building trust, developing capability and increasing team capacity to ensure change is embedded sustainably. I have set up organisations to deliver successfully, managing global/ dispersed teams, remediating under-performing teams, developing new business and operating models.
I have been leading complex change in business and technology for over 20 years, including setting up a bank-wide innovation group at HSBC. I have continually focused on developing individual and organisational performance through coaching and action learning, this is a significant thread in my passion for leading sustainable change. Similarly, my on-going curiosity is a key factor in developing collaborative and continually learning teams.
Recent work has included analysing and addressing cultural and organisational challenges to innovation and agility, together with an interest in the future of work and the how organisations function to be effective amidst on-going change and ambiguity of the 21st century.
